How does the warranty at The Black Office Chairs Co work?

• • The guarantee runs for at least 5 years starting from the day of delivery. The guarantee is based on a daily use of 8 hours a day – if the chair is used more frequently than this, the warranty period may be reduced proportionally.
  • The Black Office Chair Company’s warranty does not apply to normal wear on wheels and upholstery.
  • The Black Office Chair Company has its own service department that can remedy any defects related to The Black Office Company chair in consultation with the dealer or end customer.
  • In case of complaints, we ask for the following: description of the damage, model number, order number and photo. Please send these to sales@blackofficechair.ie and we’ll be in touch
