Purchase and delivery
The prices quoted on our website exclude 23% VAT. This VAT will be automatically added to the total cost in the shopping cart. We accept Realex, Mastercard and Visa or you can choose to pay by invoice.
Once you’ve placed your order you’ll receive a confirmation email. We’ll contact you within one working day to confirm your order and advise of a delivery date and time. Where possible, we aim to deliver within 5 working days of you placing your order. Customised items or larger orders will take longer for us to process and deliver.
We offer a free delivery charge for all customers within the Republic of Ireland. This also includes free assembly for all office and meeting chairs if requested. Our assembly team will ensure the products are placed in the correct location, unpacked and adjusted to your requirements.
If you have ordered office or meeting chairs you will receive a set of seating instructions and an explanation of the chair. Please contact us if you have any questions at this stage – we’ll be happy to help or will arrange for one of our office staff to call you back with an answer.
